Our 24 track digital studios are situated in downtown Hoboken, only minutes from Manhattan. We offer recording, mastering, and reference CD pressing services, as well as engineering, production and pre-production expertise. Upstart is a quality private recording facility — available by appointment only — which seeks out dedicated professional musicians who are as serious about their musical careers, as we are about ours.

Upstart Studio's qualified staff of producers, audio engineers, and musicians work closely and attentively with our clients to give them the best possible recordings at the best possible price. We maintain an extensive lineup of equipment, including a Mackie 32 eight bus mixing board; a Macintosh G4 Quicksilver computer running Logic Audio Platinum; three Alesis XT20 ADAT digital multi track recorders; Marshall and Fender amplifiers; Pearl Master's series mahogany drums; digital editing and mastering equipment, and much more.
